A professional event photographer, Butch expanded his photography experience into the world of natural macros as a way of relaxation. His skill with the small and overlooked is readily recognized by his photography peers.

"One of my favorite past times is teaming up with my granddaughter and taking a stroll through 'bug land', as she affectionately refers to the area behind my home. She spots 'em' and I capture the image. We are quite the pair."

An outdoor and nature enthusiast, Joe entered the world of nature photography due to the vast diversity and availability of wildlife he encountered while kayaking and canoeing within the Southern United States.

"I tried to explain to family and friends what I was experiencing when out on the water, but found it difficult putting my enthusiasm into words. So I bought a camera and resorted to photography to describe the wonderful bounty we are blessed with in the Southeast."
